Rev 21:7  He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I [God] will be his God, and he [that overcometh] shall be my [God's] son.  [see Rev 2:11, Rev 20:6 ]   ^ 

Rev 21:8  But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone [similar to Rev 22:15 ]: which is the second death [see Rev 20:14 ].   ^

Isa 57:3  But [you] draw near hither [come here], ye sons of the sorceress, the seed [offspring] of the adulterer and the whore.

Isa 57:4  Against whom do ye sport yourselves? [whom are you mocking?]  against whom make ye a wide mouth [sneer], and draw [stick] out the [your] tongue?  are ye not children of transgression [rebels], a seed [the offspring] of falsehood [liars?].

Isa 57:5  Enflaming [You burn] yourselves with idols under every green [spreading] tree, slaying [sacrificing] the [your] children in the valleys [ravines] under the clifts of the rocks [overhanging crags]?

Isa 57:6  [ The idols] Among the smooth stones of the stream is thy portion; they, they are thy lot: even [yes] to them hast thou poured [out] a drink offering, thou hast offered a meat offering.  [In the light of these things] Should I [God] receive comfort [relent] in these?

Act 8:9  But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime [for some time] in the same city used [practiced] sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out [boasting] that [he] himself was some great one [someone great]:

Act 8:10  To whom they all gave heed [attention], from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God [ "This man is the divine power known as the Great Power"].

Act 8:11  And to him they had regard [followed him], because that of [for a] long time he [Simon] had bewitched them with sorceries.

Act 8:12  But when they believed Philip preaching the things [the good news] concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

Act 8:13  Then Simon himself believed also [in Jesus Christ]: and when he was baptized, he continued with [followed] Philip [everywhere], and wondered [was astonished by], beholding the miracles and signs which were done.

Act 13:6  And when they had gone through the [whole] isle unto [until they came to] Paphos, [there] they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Barjesus:

Act 13:7  Which was with [who was an attendant of] the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called [sent] for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.

Act 13:8  But [Barjesus aka] Elymas the sorcerer (for so is [that is what] his name by interpretation [means]) withstood [opposed] them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.

Act 13:9  Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him [looked straight at Elymas].

Act 13:10  And said, O [Elymas the sorcerer] full of all subtilty [deceit] and all mischief [trickery], thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not [never] cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

Act 13:11  And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season.  And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

Act 13:12  Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, [he] believed [in Jesus Christ (was born again)], being astonished at the doctrine of [the teaching about] the Lord.

Isa 47:7  And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever [the eternal queen]: so that thou didst not lay [consider] these things to [in] thy heart, neither didst [thou] remember [reflect on] the latter end of it [what might happen].

Isa 47:8  Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures [you wanton creature], [thou] that dwellest carelessly [lounging in your security], [thou] that sayest in thine heart, I am, and [there is] none else beside[s] me; I shall not sit as [I will never be] a widow, neither shall I know [suffer] the loss of children:

Isa 47:9  But these two things shall come to [overtake] thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection [in full measure] for the [in spite of your] multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance [all] of thine enchantments [potent spells].

Isa 47:10  For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None [no one] seeth me.  Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I am, and [there is] none else beside[s] me.

Isa 47:11  Therefore shall evil come upon thee; [and] thou shalt not know from whence it riseth [how to conjure it away]: and mischief [a calamity] shall fall upon thee; [that] thou shalt not be able to put [ward] it off [with a ransom]: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, which thou shalt not know [cannot foresee].

Isa 47:12  Stand now [keep on] with thine enchantments [magic spells], and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured [at] from thy youth [since childhood]; if so be [perhaps] thou shalt be able to profit [succeed], if so be [perhaps] thou mayest prevail [cause terror].

Jer 27:9  Therefore hearken [listen] not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers [interpreters of dreams], nor to your enchanters [mediums], nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:

Jer 27:10  For they prophesy a lie [lies] unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out [banish you], and ye should perish.
