[ Note:  This prophecy scenario places the start of the Great Tribulation (T-0) in the Spring of 2003.  It corresponds with the left-most column of "Possible  T- 0  Dates" on the page entitled "Counting down to the Great Tribulation."  The next column on that page of "Possible  T- 0  Dates" (Spring of 2004), corresponds with the dates used in the "Bible Prophecy Events Outline." ]

David Fry :   This chart of Jacob's Trouble is based upon the Bible's most dynamic and cross checked prophecy in all Scripture, the 2,520 day/years given by the prophet Daniel.  It incorporates the prophecies of [Daniel] Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 which involved the cutting down of Babylon's tree for seven times, plus the handwriting on the wall which also included this secret number.  In prophetic time this 2,520 years started at the time Babylon's empire fell to the Medes and Persians on October 12th, 539 B.C.

Of course, if you count 2,520 years from Oct. 12, 539 B.C., you arrive at October 12, 1982.  The cutting down of Babylon's tree represented the deadly wound given to Revelation's Sea Beast.  After the 2,520 years this wound begins its healing.  (For details of this startling prophecy send [to Prophecy Institute] for Lecture tape R-1, entitled "The Riddle of 1982" or get [Prophecy Institute] book entitled "The Daystar Rebellion".)

This chart of Jacob's Trouble represents the time required to heal the beast, the time required to set up the eighth head on the beast which represents the Antichrist.  Therefore all time periods of this chart began with October 12, 1982, and extend to the start of the time of trouble [Spring of 2003], and yes even to Christ's second advent [Fall of 2006].  For a full explanation of this chart send [to Prophecy Institute] for tape lecture Prophetic Models-4b "Jacob's Trouble, 2003".

This chart is remarkable because all the time prophecies not only chain perfectly, but they also coincide (to the exact day) with the holiest Jewish feast days.  (However, some of the events involved seem slightly convoluted.)

No, this model is not saying that we know the day and hour of Christ's return.  It is simply to keep the saints aware of the possibilities.
